UMLC files brief defending victory in case against Minneapolis police defunding

Last Friday, Upper Midwest Law Center filed a response brief in the Minnesota Court of Appeals in Spann v. Minneapolis City Council. In the brief, UMLC supports the Court Order which stops the defunding of the Minneapolis police.
